[Is it] time for you, O ye, to dwell in your ceiled houses, and this house [lie] waste? (1:4)

Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages [to put it] into a bag with holes. (1:6)

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. (1:7)

Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord. (1:8)

Ye looked for much, and, lo, [it came] to little; and when ye brought [it] home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the Lord of hosts. Because of mine house that [is] waste, and ye run every man unto his own house. (1:9)

Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed [from] her fruit. (1:10)

And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon [that] which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands. (1:11)

And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of the Lord: (2:15)

Since those [days] were, when [one] came to an heap of twenty [measures], there were [but] ten: when [one] came to the pressfat for to draw out fifty [vessels] out of the press, there were [but] twenty. (2:16)

--Matthew--

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak. (26:41)

--Revelation--

Nevertheless I have [somewhat] against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. (2:4)

Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. (3:2)

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. (3:15)

So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. (3:16)
