The first and fundamental prerequisite in order to reorganize and administer the world as one country is the acceptance of the unity human kind. And because universal consensus on such a spiritual principle is indispensable for the success of any effort proclaimed to the entire world, it must be taught in schools and constantly sustained in every nation, in preparation for that organic change in the social structures that are implied it.
