Thus, Bahá'u'lláh has fulfilled completely the prophecy from the Book of Psalms which gave this volume its title. He has, indeed, unsealed "the wine of astonishment" so that the beloved of God might drink and be "delivered" from the superstitions of the past. Bahá'u'lláh has cleared away the misunderstandings and doubts which were caused by literal interpretations, and has clarified the meaning of the sacred Scriptures of all Religions.
