THE THIRD GLAD-TIDINGS: (192:3) is the study of various languages. This command hath formerly flowed from the Supreme Pen. Their majesties, the kings may God assist them -- or the counsellors of the earth must consult together, and appoint one of the existing languages, or a new language, and instruct the children therein, in all the schools of the world; and the same must be done in respect to writing also. In such case the earth will be considered as one. Blessed is he who heareth the Voice and fulfilleth that which is commanded on the part of God, the Lord of the great throne!
