'The Bible says that Christ will return on the clouds but Baha'u'llah came into the world the way everyone else does.'
Suggestion: Remind them that Jesus also came into the world the first time through the womb of His mother and explain to them the true meaning of "the clouds". Refer to the following quotes: [kiq 66:2,esw 14:2,gwb 26:1] (6:8) see

'And now regarding His words, that the Son of man shall "come in the clouds of heaven." By the term "clouds" is meant those things that are contrary to the ways and desires of men. [kiq 72:1] (6:9) see

Further suggestion:   Note the following verse from the Book of Matthew: "And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:" [mat 25:32] (6:10) see

It is these "clouds" which help to separate the sheep from the goats:
