"Saved" man is not an indispensable condition for a political order of peace among the nations. For the world peace to be reached is not the Utopia of a peace in Paradise with the elimination of all conflicts, but relative peace with the elimination of violence in settling what conflicts there are, the exclusion of war as a method of police. Just as the law of the jungle has been overcome as a method of solving individual conflicts, so the overcoming of war as a method of policy is possible without the need for all men to grow wings first.
