"...Show ye an endeavour that all the nations and communities of the world, even the enemies, put their trust, assurance and hope in you; that if a person falls into errors for a hundred-thousand times he may yet turn his face to you, hopeful that you will forgive his sins; for he must not become hopeless, neither grieved nor despondent." ('Abdul-Baha) (65:3) The first requirement in obtaining the trust of others is truthfulness. (65:4) "Truthfulness is the foundation of all virtues of the world of humanity. Without truthfulness, progress and success in all the worlds of God are impossible for a soul. When this holy attribute is established in man, all the divine qualities will also become realized." ('Abdul-Baha).... (65:5) Another prerequisite of trust is honesty. (65:6) "...enjoineth on you honesty and piety. Blessed the city that shineth by their light. Through them man is exalted, and the door of security is unlocked before the face of all creation." (Baha'u'llah)
(65:7)
