Sacrifice only Once? (14:0) Basis for Christian Belief: "We have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time.." & "But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins.." & "For by a single offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.." (heb 10:10-15) (14:1) see 1. However, Hebrews also says: "So Christ having offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time.." (heb 9:28) [Baha'u'llah is the 'return' of the same Christ whose sacrifice was perfect and for all time and Whose Return was eagerly awaited] (14:2) 2. Revelation 19:19-21 indicates the Return of Christ will be resisted in battle, persecuted and attacked[(i.e. further sacrifice will be necessary].
