The first and foremost testimony establishing His truth is His own Self. Next to this testimony is His Revelation. For whoso faileth to recognize either the one or the other He hath established the words He hath revealed as proof of His reality and truth. This is, and evidence of His tender mercy unto men. He hat endowed every soul with the capacity to recognize the signs of God. Gleanings Page 105 to 6 . (101:4)

Since Baha'u'llah's earthly life ended.. we can neither see.. "His own self, " nor can we hear His revelation from Him personally.. Therefore, "the word He hath revealed, ".. are His primary testimony in the world today. Referring to verses of Scripture, Baha'u'llah writes:Gleanings Page 105 to 6 . (102:1)

no testimony mightier than the testimony of their revealed verses hath ever appeared upon the earth. The Kitab-i-Iqan (certitude) Page 206 . (102:2)

..Claims to be a Manifestation of God can only be warranted if the person's life and teachings manifest divine qualities that are attributable to God. Divine qualities are evidence of divinity..The Kitab-i-Iqan (certitude) Page 206 . (102:3)
