"And when Thou didst purpose to unveil Thy sovereignty, and to glorify Thy Word, and to reveal Thy bounteousness and mercy, Thou didst raise up one of Thy servants, and didst choose Him above all Thy creatures... and didst bid Him to cry out before all that are in heaven and on earth, and summon the multitudes to the Manifestation of Thy Self and the Revealer of Thy signs." (pam 96- 7) (25:1)

"Thou hast inspired the Pen with the mysteries of Thine eternity, and bidden it teach man that which he knoweth not, and caused him to partake of the living waters of truth from the cup of Thy Revelation and Thine inspiration." (Bwf 91) (25:2)

"Thou art He Who by a Word of His mouth hath revolutionized the entire creation, and by a stroke of His pen hath divided Thy servants one from another... Thou hast caused them to be born again, by reason of the living waters which have flowed down out of the mouth of Thy will." (Bwf 147) (25:3)

"The Word of God and all the potentialities thereof shall be manifested unto men in strict conformity with such conditions as have been fore- ordained by Him Who is the All- Knowing, the All- Wise... No sooner had mankind attained the stage of maturity, than the Word revealed to men's eyes the latent energies with which it had been endowed." (Gl 76- 7) (25:4)

"The mysteries of the Word of God... have been unveiled and made manifest, that haply thou mayest apprehend the morning light of divine guidance,... and mayest kindle, in the inmost chamber of thine heart, the new- born light of divine knowledge and certitude." (Iqan 49) (25:5)

"By 'oppression' (mentioned in the Bible prophecies) is meant the want of capacity to acquire spiritual knowledge and apprehend the Word of God." (Iqan 32) "Such a condition as this is witness in this day when the reins of every community have fallen into the grasp of foolish leaders, who lead after their own whims and desire. On their tongue the mention of God hath become and empty name; in their midst His holy Word a dead letter." (Iqan 29) (25:8)

"When the channel of the human soul is cleansed of all worldly and impeding attachments, it will unfailingly perceive the breath of the Beloved" (Holy Spirit?) "across the immeasurable distance, and will, led by its perfume, attain and enter the City of Certitude... Once in about a thousand years shall this City be renewed and re- adorned... That City is none other than the Word of God revealed in every age and dispensation." (Bwf 108) (25:9)

"Thank God for... manifesting unto thee the Evident Light... Thou shalt advance unto the Lofty Station, acquire heavenly qualities and attain knowledge of the significances of the words of God in this glorious day." (Bwf 361) (25:10)
