C. (Matthew 28:16-17) Jesus made an appointment with His disciples in Galilee after His death. "There they shall see me," He promised: (111:2) Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. (111:3) And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. (111:4) Even of the chosen eleven, some doubted; although they were awaiting Jesus by appointment. (111:5) D. (Luke 24:36-37) Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. (111:6) They didn't know Him though he stood in their midst. (111:7) E. (Luke 24:15-16): ..while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. But their eyes were holden that they should not know him. (111:8) They called Jesus "stranger" until He made Himself known unto them.
(111:9)
